Job Description:
We are looking for a skilled and motivated Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team at Skitto Medical. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing digital marketing strategies to increase our online visibility, attract potential clients, and strengthen our brand presence. The successful candidate will work closely with the marketing team to implement campaigns across various digital channels, including social media, SEO, SEM, email marketing, and website content. This role offers an excellent opportunity to contribute to the digital growth of a dynamic healthcare organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and drive traffic to the Skitto Medical website.
- Manage and optimize social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.) to engage with the target audience and promote medical products and services.
- Conduct SEO research and implement on-page and off-page optimization strategies to improve organic search rankings and drive more website traffic.
- Design and execute paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.) to increase lead generation and sales.
- Create and schedule engaging, informative content across digital platforms, ensuring consistency in the company’s messaging and brand voice.
- Analyze and report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns and adjust strategies to optimize results.
- Manage and monitor email marketing campaigns, creating engaging newsletters and product promotions.
- Collaborate with the design and content teams to produce high-quality creative assets for digital campaigns.
- Stay up to date with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and techniques to ensure Skitto Medical remains competitive in the online healthcare market.
- Assist in developing the overall marketing plan to align digital marketing strategies with the company’s business goals.
- Foster positive relationships with potential clients through online engagement and digital communication.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in the healthcare or medical industry.
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools and techniques, including SEO, SEM, social media marketing, content creation, and email marketing.
- Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and other digital marketing platforms.
- Experience in creating and optimizing paid digital advertising campaigns across various channels.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with an ability to create compelling content for different audiences.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and derive insights to improve marketing strategies.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Familiarity with healthcare industry regulations and the unique needs of marketing within the medical sector is a plus.
- Fluent in English; proficiency in Arabic is an advantage.
