BABYGROW FZC operates across multiple e-commerce platforms, including Amazon, Noon, Mumzworld, and FirstCry, aiming to provide high-quality products to parents and caregivers throughout the UAE.
Key Responsibilities:
- Platform Management: Oversee and optimize product listings on major e-commerce platforms such as Amazon, Noon, Mumzworld, and FirstCry.
- Sales Strategy: Develop and implement strategies to drive online sales growth, including promotions, pricing adjustments, and inventory management.
- Data Analysis: Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Customer Engagement: Manage customer reviews and feedback to enhance brand reputation and customer satisfaction.
- Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, logistics, and customer service teams to ensure seamless operations and customer experience.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in e-commerce sales, preferably in the baby care or FMCG industry.
- Skills: Proficiency in Amazon Seller Central, Noon Seller Portal, and other e-commerce platforms; strong analytical skills; excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
- Languages: Fluency in English; proficiency in Arabic is a plus.
