Job Description:
The Electrical Maintenance Supervisor will oversee the electrical maintenance operations within industrial or commercial facilities. This role requires strong leadership, technical expertise, and the ability to ensure that all electrical systems and equipment are maintained to the highest safety and performance standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of the electrical maintenance team to ensure efficient operations.
- Plan, schedule, and oversee preventive and corrective maintenance of electrical systems, equipment, and machinery.
- Troubleshoot and diagnose electrical issues, implementing effective solutions to minimize downtime.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, electrical codes, and company policies.
- Conduct regular inspections of electrical installations to identify potential hazards and recommend improvements.
- Manage inventory of electrical spare parts and equipment, ensuring availability for maintenance needs.
- Prepare technical reports, maintenance logs, and documentation related to electrical systems.

Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
