Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure products are well-stocked, neatly displayed, and aligned with merchandising guidelines in retail stores.
• Monitor inventory levels and report any product shortages, damages, or stock discrepancies.
• Implement promotional displays and point-of-sale materials according to marketing and promotional plans.
• Maintain strong relationships with store managers and staff to facilitate merchandising activities.
• Conduct regular visits to assigned retail outlets to ensure compliance with merchandising standards and planograms.
• Gather competitor and market insights and report on in-store activities, pricing, and trends.
• Assist with the setup and breakdown of in-store promotions, events, and seasonal displays.
• Ensure all products are properly labeled with pricing, promotional information, and barcode visibility.
• Provide feedback on store performance and suggest improvements to optimize sales and product visibility.

Qualifications:

• Minimum GCE ‘O’ Levels or equivalent.
• Prior experience in merchandising, retail, or sales support is advantageous but not mandatory.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to interact with store managers, staff, and customers.
• Good organizational skills and ability to manage time effectively.
• Ability to work independently and be self-motivated while managing multiple store visits.
• Comfortable with physical work, such as lifting and moving products, and walking between retail locations.
• A valid driver’s license may be required for visiting multiple store locations.
