Global Fluorine Chemical Factory L.L.C is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Finance Officer to manage the company’s financial operations, reporting, and compliance. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in overseeing accounting processes, preparing financial statements, and ensuring adherence to UAE regulatory requirements. Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily financial operations, including accounts payable, receivable, and payroll
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
- Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and cost analysis for operational efficiency
- Ensure compliance with local tax regulations, VAT filing, and other statutory requirements
- Manage cash flow and bank reconciliations to maintain healthy financial standing
- Support audits by preparing accurate financial records and documentation
- Collaborate with management to provide strategic financial insights and recommendations
- Maintain and improve internal financial controls and policies
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (CPA, ACCA, or CMA certification is a plus)
- Proven experience as a Finance Officer, Accountant, or similar finance role
- Strong knowledge of UAE accounting standards, tax laws, and VAT regulations
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, or SAP) and MS Excel
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Strong communication skills in English; Arabic is a plus
