Wolt is looking for friendly, reliable, and efficient Grocery Associates to join our growing team in Finland. As a Grocery Associate, you will be working at one of Wolt’s in-house retail stores (Wolt Market), helping prepare and fulfill customer orders quickly and accurately. Key Responsibilities:
- Pick and pack groceries with accuracy and care based on app orders
- Ensure that shelves are fully stocked and displays are neat and tidy
- Check and manage product inventory and expiry dates
- Maintain store cleanliness and adhere to hygiene standards
- Coordinate with delivery partners to ensure orders go out on time
- Report any issues or customer feedback to the store manager
Requirements:
- Good level of spoken and written English
- Friendly and professional attitude with excellent customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask
- Previous retail or grocery store experience is a plus but not mandatory
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends
- Eligible for visa sponsorship (must meet Finnish immigration requirements)
