Position Overview:
Northern Lights Village is seeking a cheerful and customer-oriented Guest Services Attendant to join their team at the Levi resort. This role involves driving, assisting with luggage, guiding guests to safari starting points, and addressing various guest inquiries. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring guests have memorable experiences during their stay.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist guests upon arrival.
- Drive guests to and from the airport and resort cabins.
- Arrange and coordinate transportation for guests.
- Handle guest luggage and assist with winter gear distribution.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the Safari House.
Requirements:
- Experience in guest services or a similar role.
- Fluency in written and spoken English.
- Valid B driver’s license.
- Exceptional customer service skills.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.

Employment Details:
- Duration: Starting from October, ending in March/April.
- Working Hours: Minimum of 90 hours over a three-week period.
- Compensation: Hourly wage to be discussed during the interview, based on experience and qualifications.
- Benefits: Accommodation in a shared room at €250 per month, if necessary.
