Job Description:
Anradus Pte Ltd is seeking compassionate and dedicated Healthcare Assistants to join our clients’ healthcare teams in Singapore. The successful candidates will be responsible for providing basic nursing care and support to patients in various healthcare settings, ensuring their comfort and well-being.
Key Responsibilities:
- Patient Care: Assist patients with activities of daily living, including personal hygiene, feeding, and mobility.
- Clinical Support: Support healthcare professionals during clinical consultations and procedures.
- Monitoring: Conduct basic physiological monitoring of patients and report any significant changes to the nursing staff.
- Housekeeping: Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in patient areas, including making and changing bed linens.
- Meal Assistance: Assist in meal preparation and serving meals to patients.
- Patient Transport: Assist in the safe transfer and movement of patients within the facility.
Requirements:
- Education: Primary school education or equivalent.
- Experience: Previous experience in a healthcare environment is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Skills: Ability to understand and speak simple English; effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attributes: Compassionate, patient, and attentive to the needs of patients; able to work well in a team as well as individually.
