Key Responsibilities:
- Waiter/Waitress: Provide exceptional dining experiences to patients, visitors, and staff in healthcare facilities. Responsibilities include greeting and welcoming guests, taking food and beverage orders, serving meals, maintaining cleanliness, and adhering to food safety standards.
- Housekeeping Attendant: Ensure cleanliness and maintenance of rooms and common areas. Duties include vacuuming, sweeping, mopping floors, cleaning and stocking restrooms, disposing of trash, and notifying managers of necessary repairs.
- Housekeeping Supervisor: Oversee housekeeping staff, ensuring compliance with safety standards and cleanliness protocols. Responsibilities include training and supervising staff, managing schedules, and maintaining inventory of cleaning supplies.
- Linen Attendant: Manage the collection, sorting, and distribution of linens in healthcare facilities. Duties include maintaining records, ensuring cleanliness, and coordinating with housekeeping staff.
- Coffee Shop Supervisor: Manage daily operations of the coffee shop, including staff supervision, inventory management, customer service, and ensuring adherence to health and safety regulations.
Qualifications:
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in hospitality or healthcare services are a plus.
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in a hospitality or healthcare setting.
- Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work in a fast-paced environment; knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices.
- Languages: Fluency in Arabic is required for certain positions; proficiency in English is advantageous.
