Job Summary

The Housekeeper plays a vital role in maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment at HIBA Pharma’s manufacturing premises. This position supports the company’s commitment to quality and safety by ensuring all areas remain hygienic, compliant with regulatory standards, and conducive to efficient operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform daily cleaning and upkeep of assigned areas—offices, restrooms, break rooms, corridors, and possibly controlled facilities.
• Ensure compliance with hygiene protocols and GMP-related cleanliness standards.
• Manage and restock cleaning supplies and equipment; report any maintenance needs or issues.
• Dispose of waste in accordance with safety and waste management guidelines.
• Assist in deep-cleaning or periodic sanitization of specialized areas as required.
• Report hazards, incidents, or unsafe conditions promptly to the facilities supervisor.

Qualifications & Skills

• Previous housekeeping or janitorial experience, ideally within industrial, clinical, or manufacturing settings.
• Understanding of cleaning practices aligned with GMP or regulatory hygiene standards.
• Basic familiarity with cleaning tools, chemicals, and safe usage protocols.
• Reliability, attention to detail, and ability to follow instructions precisely.
