- Assist in the recruitment process by posting job vacancies, screening applications, coordinating interviews, and conducting reference checks.

- Employee Records Management:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in both electronic and physical formats, ensuring compliance with organizational policies and legal requirements.

- Technical Proficiency: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience with HRIS or similar human resources management systems.
