Job Description:
SFAI Qatar is seeking an experienced and strategic HR Manager to lead and manage the company’s human resources functions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and HR policy development, ensuring alignment with the company’s goals and legal compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business objectives.
- Manage the recruitment and selection process to attract, retain, and develop top talent.
- Oversee employee relations, addressing concerns, resolving conflicts, and fostering a positive work environment.
- Design and implement performance management systems to support employee development and organizational growth.
- Ensure legal compliance with Qatar’s labor laws and regulations.
- Manage compensation and benefits programs to ensure competitive offerings.
- Provide guidance and support to management on HR-related issues.
- Develop and conduct training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Proven experience as an HR Manager or similar role, preferably in Qatar or the GCC region.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in HR software and Microsoft Office applications.
- Certification in HR (e.g., CIPD, SHRM) is an advantage.
