Job Overview:
Albassam Company is seeking a skilled and experienced HVAC Technician to join our team in Riyadh. The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems in various settings. This role requires a strong technical background, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Installation and Maintenance: Install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems, including air conditioning units, heating systems, ventilation systems, and refrigeration units.
- Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve HVAC issues, such as leaks, malfunctions, and inefficiencies, in a timely and efficient manner.
- Preventive Maintenance: Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance to ensure the proper functioning of HVAC systems and prevent potential issues.
- Emergency Response: Respond promptly to HVAC emergencies, providing immediate repairs to minimize disruption to operations.
- Compliance: Ensure all HVAC work complies with local building codes, health and safety regulations, and company policies.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of all HVAC activities, including repairs, inspections, and maintenance tasks.
- Collaboration: Work closely with other departments to address HVAC needs and ensure seamless operations.
Qualifications:
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent; completion of an HVAC apprenticeship program or trade school is preferred.
- Experience: Proven experience as an HVAC technician, preferably in a commercial or industrial setting.
- Skills: Strong technical knowledge of HVAC systems and equipment. Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings. Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Physical stamina and strength to perform manual labor and lift heavy equipment.
