Job Overview
AD Build is seeking a dedicated IT Support Assistant to maintain its digital infrastructure and support staff with IT troubleshooting across both on-site operations and online systems. The role is integral to ensuring efficiency in customer service, logistics, and administrative operations within the company.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide first-line support for hardware (desktops, laptops, printers) and software (OS, business applications).
- Assist in maintaining network reliability including basic knowledge of LAN/WAN, routers, and switches.
- Help manage and support the company’s e-commerce and POS systems.
- Monitor IT assets and maintain inventory logs.
- Respond to user support requests via phone, email, or in person, documenting and resolving issues.
- Assist in setting up new computer systems and user accounts.
- Collaborate with external IT vendors to escalate unresolved technical issues.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Diploma or degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field preferred.
- 1–2 years of experience in an IT support or helpdesk role; retail or technical environment is a plus.
- Familiarity with Windows OS, MS Office, and basic networking concepts.
- Basic hardware troubleshooting and user support skills.
- Effective communicator in English; Arabic language skills are advantageous.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational ability, and a teamwork-oriented mindset.
