Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in technical support, IT consulting, or a similar role within the technology industry.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to think critically and creatively.
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or C++, and a solid understanding of software development principles.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences effectively.
  • Customer-centric approach, with a strong focus on providing exceptional service and building positive relationships.
