Job Description:
The Junior Graphic Designer will play a key role in supporting the design team to create visually compelling graphics across various platforms. This role is ideal for creative individuals with a strong passion for design, attention to detail, and the ability to transform concepts into engaging visuals that align with The Commandment Co’s brand identity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in designing marketing materials such as social media graphics, posters, flyers, and digital advertisements.
- Create product packaging, merchandise designs, and promotional materials.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop concepts for campaigns and product launches.
- Ensure all designs are consistent with the company’s brand guidelines and messaging.
- Edit and retouch images for both digital and print use.
- Support the team with administrative tasks related to design projects.
- Stay updated on design trends to bring fresh ideas to the team.
Requirements:
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
- 0-2 years of relevant experience in graphic design (internship experience is acceptable).
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Strong understanding of design principles, typography, and color theory.
- Excellent attention to detail and time management skills.
- Creative thinker with strong visual storytelling abilities.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of photography, videography, or motion graphics is a plus.
