Job Description:
HJH Holding is currently seeking hardworking and reliable Kitchen Helpers to join our dynamic culinary team in Qatar. The ideal candidates will assist chefs and kitchen staff in maintaining cleanliness, preparing ingredients, and ensuring smooth kitchen operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist chefs in food preparation such as cutting vegetables, washing fruits, and measuring ingredients.
- Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen area, including equipment, utensils, and working surfaces.
- Dispose of garbage and organize storage areas properly.
- Wash dishes, pots, and pans promptly and efficiently.
- Ensure compliance with hygiene and safety standards.
- Restock ingredients and supplies as required.
- Perform other related duties as assigned by the Head Chef or Supervisor.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous experience as a kitchen helper or in a similar role is an advantage.
- Physically fit and able to work long hours on your feet.
- Knowledge of basic kitchen safety and hygiene practices.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Team player with a positive attitude.
