Key Responsibilities:
- Compounding Support: Assist Perfumers in the compounding process, ensuring accurate and efficient formulation of fragrances.
- Sampling: Carry out the sampling process optimally, efficiently, and cost-effectively.
- Material Management: Remove expired raw materials and check the quality of raw materials.
- Laboratory Maintenance: Ensure strict compliance with safety norms and practices, maintaining the laboratory environment.
- Team Collaboration: Actively participate in continuous improvement processes within the team.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry or a relevant discipline.
- Experience: 2-3 years of experience in a fragrance compounding laboratory or a related environment.
- Skills: Proficiency in computer systems, such as MS Office and ERP systems. Ability to adapt to daily laboratory work surrounded by the constant smell of raw materials. Excellent oral and written proficiency in the English language. Strong time management, communication, and project management skills.
