Job Description:
Hyssna International is looking for an experienced Logistics Manager to oversee and manage the logistics operations in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling supply chain management, transportation, inventory control, and warehouse operations while ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery of goods.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement logistics strategies to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
- Oversee warehouse operations, including inventory control, storage, and distribution.
- Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and transport companies to ensure smooth operations.
- Monitor shipping schedules and ensure on-time delivery of products.
- Ensure compliance with UAE import/export regulations and company policies.
- Analyze logistics data to identify areas for improvement and optimize supply chain performance.
- Manage and lead the logistics team, providing training and guidance as needed.
- Handle logistics budgeting, cost control, and supplier negotiations.
- Implement safety measures and best practices for handling and transporting goods.

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience in logistics, preferably in the furniture or retail industry.
- Strong knowledge of logistics planning, warehousing, and supply chain management.
- Experience with inventory management software and ERP systems.
- Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Strong communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus).
