Job Description:

• As a Medical Coding Specialist at Marymount Labs Pte. Ltd., you will play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our healthcare data management systems. Your primary responsibilities will include:
• Medical Record Evaluation: Assess medical records and documentation to ensure completeness and accuracy.
• Coding Assignment: Assign appropriate codes to medical diagnoses and procedures using standardized classification systems such as ICD-10-CM and CPT.
• Compliance Assurance: Ensure coding practices adhere to established guidelines and regulatory requirements.

Requirements:

• Educational Background: A diploma or degree in Health Information Management, Medical Coding, or a related field.
