Job Description:
We are looking for a results-driven and dedicated Medical Representative to promote and sell pharmaceutical products to healthcare professionals and institutions in Qatar. As a Medical Representative at International Pharmacy, you will play a vital role in building strong relationships with doctors, pharmacists, hospitals, and clinics, while ensuring that our products are effectively represented and available to the market. You will be responsible for promoting the company’s portfolio, increasing sales, and supporting the growth of our presence in the healthcare industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Promote and sell pharmaceutical products to healthcare professionals, including doctors, pharmacists, and medical institutions.
- Provide detailed information about the products, including their benefits, usage, and potential side effects.
- Organize and conduct product presentations and demonstrations to healthcare providers.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key healthcare professionals and institutions.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets within the assigned region.
- Collect market intelligence and stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and new product launches.
- Ensure that all promotional materials and activities are in line with regulatory guidelines and company policies.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and provide after-sales support as needed.
- Report sales activities, performance, and market feedback to the management team.
- Participate in healthcare events, conferences, and workshops to build brand awareness and promote products.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- A degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Medical Representative in the pharmaceutical industry.
- Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical products, medical terminology, and healthcare practices.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals.
- Self-motivated with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Valid driving license (preferred) and willingness to travel within the region.
- Fluent in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
