Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in loading and unloading goods from the warehouse and delivering them to designated locations.
- Safely operate company vehicles for transportation of materials and finished products.
- Ensure that products are handled and stored properly, adhering to safety and quality standards.
- Maintain accurate records of deliveries, including inventory and shipping documents.
- Assist in managing inventory levels, ensuring that goods are stored correctly and accessible for distribution.
- Conduct routine checks and maintenance of the vehicle to ensure it is in good working condition.
- Follow all road safety regulations and company policies to ensure safe driving practices.
- Collaborate with warehouse and production teams to ensure efficient logistics operations.
- Report any issues or delays in deliveries to management in a timely manner.
Qualifications:
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Previous experience as a driver or warehouse assistant is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of road safety regulations and warehouse operations.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle physical tasks.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
- Basic knowledge of vehicle maintenance and safety checks.
- Flexibility to work varying hours and shifts when required.
