Purpose of Role:
As an Operations Associate, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless processing of orders, coordinating deliveries, and maintaining the high standards of customer satisfaction that BloomingBox is known for. Your responsibilities will encompass various aspects of operations, from fulfillment and logistics to quality control and customer service collaboration.
Key Responsibilities:
Fulfillment:
- Coordinate with drivers and carriers to schedule timely deliveries, track shipments, and resolve any issues that may arise during the delivery process.
- Streamline operations to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and elevate customer satisfaction.
- Monitor the entire order pipeline, manage returns, handle complaints, and address damages promptly.
- Verify requirements for cakes and balloons for pending orders, ensuring timely procurement and readiness.
- Ensure accuracy in card printing and prioritize early dispatch orders using our order management system.
- Follow up on deliveries, verify proof of delivery from drivers, and check for any damages or delays.
- Prepare cards for the next shift, confirm availability of cakes and treats, and mark priority arrangements in the system.
- Collaborate with customer service to resolve inquiries and issues effectively.
- Handle corporate orders, including assembly and preparation.
Assignment:
- Review delivery locations and coordinate with recipients to confirm details.
- Efficiently assign incoming orders to drivers, ensuring accuracy and quality compliance.
Assembly/Dispatch:
- Assist in assembling orders with precision and efficiency, ensuring they are ready for dispatch to the assigned drivers.
- Proactively escalate any issues that may cause delays or affect product quality to your line manager.

Education/Qualifications, Skills, & Experience:
- High School Education (required).
- Diploma/Course in Business Administration, Supply Chain & Logistics (preferred).
- Proficient in English with strong communication skills.
- Keen attention to detail and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in supply chain & logistics or a similar field.
- Experience working in a multicultural environment is a plus.
