Position Overview:

As an Operations Manager at Mission General Services LLC, you will lead and optimize the company’s day-to-day operations. Your role is pivotal in ensuring projects are delivered efficiently, safely, and to high-quality standards—aligning operational execution with the company’s strategic objectives and client expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operational Oversight & Coordination
  • Lead and monitor multiple projects, ensuring efficient resource allocation, adherence to timelines, and operational excellence.
  • Strategic Planning & Execution
  • Develop operational strategies—forecasting needs, managing budgets, optimizing workflows, and implementing process improvements.
  • Team Leadership & Staff Management
  • Supervise cross-functional teams, mentor key staff, and ensure high performance through training, performance reviews, and accountability.
  • Quality, Safety & Compliance
  • Enforce stringent quality control measures across all projects. Uphold compliance with UAE safety standards and construction regulations.
  • Client & Stakeholder Engagement
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, suppliers, and internal stakeholders—ensuring alignment and proactive issue resolution.
  • Reporting & Documentation
  • Generate detailed operational reports, analyze performance metrics, and provide actionable insights to senior leadership.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of operational management experience—ideally within construction, facilities, or service-oriented sectors.
  • Strong financial acumen: budget planning, cost control, and resource optimization skills.
  • Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication capabilities.
  • In-depth knowledge of UAE construction regulations, labor laws, and HSE (Health, Safety & Environment) standards.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and Microsoft Office suite.
Preferred Attributes:
  • PMP, Six Sigma, or related operational certifications.
  • Experience with contracting in oil & gas, facility services, or infrastructure maintenance.
  • Prior exposure to waste management operations or mechanical/electrical contracting is a plus.
  • Fluency in English; Arabic proficiency is an added advantage.
