Position Overview:
As a Painter at The Design District Décor LLC, you’ll be integral to delivering refined, high-quality finishes across fit-out and décor projects. This role involves precision work on interior surfaces, ensuring both aesthetic excellence and durability in residential, commercial, and hospitality settings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Surface Preparation
- Clean, sand, and prime surfaces—including walls, ceilings, joinery, and gypsum panels—to ensure smooth and lasting paint application.
- Painting & Finishing
- Apply paints, primers, sealants, and finishes (matte, satin, gloss) using techniques like spraying, rolling, or brushing, achieving flawless coverage and finish.
- Color Execution & Quality Control
- Follow finish schedules and mock-ups precisely—achieving consistent colors and textures.
- Inspect work for defects, ensure uniformity, and promptly correct imperfections.
- Collaborative Coordination
- Work closely with carpenters, decorators, and MEP installers to schedule tasks and maintain adherence to project timelines.
- Tools & Materials Management
- Handle equipment—rollers, sprayers, brushes—maintain cleanliness and proper storage.
- Monitor and request materials to prevent delays.
- Health, Safety, & Cleanliness

Qualifications & Requirements:
