Job Description:

• As a Product Manager at TADA Mobility, you will play a crucial role in driving the development and enhancement of our ride-hailing platform. Your responsibilities will include:
• Product Development: Initiate, define, plan, and manage the rollout of product features and enhancements to improve user experience and platform performance.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, marketing, finance, operations, and external stakeholders to implement new features and enhancements.
• User & Business Research: Lead research initiatives to understand customer problems, identify solutions, and iterate based on feedback.
• Market Analysis: Analyze the competitive landscape, customer feedback, product metrics, and latest industry trends to inform product strategy.
• Prioritization: Prioritize product activities based on business impact and customer needs.
• Performance Measurement: Measure the success of product improvements and features, and iterate as necessary.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree from a reputable university, preferably in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. An MBA is a plus.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in product management, preferably in the technology or mobility sectors.
• Strong analytical skills with a passion for data-driven product development.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.
• Experience with blockchain technology is an advantage.
• Proficiency in English; additional language skills are a plus.
