Job Overview:
JLL is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Saudi National Project Manager to join our Project and Development Services (PDS) team in Riyadh. The Project Manager will oversee and manage high-rise building construction projects, particularly focusing on offices, schools, and mosques. This role requires a solid background in project management, strong technical knowledge in construction, and the ability to lead and coordinate multidisciplinary teams to ensure successful project completion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Project Leadership: Lead and manage the overall planning, coordination, and execution of high-rise building construction projects, ensuring they are delivered within scope, budget, and timeline while upholding quality standards and adhering to relevant regulations.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Develop project objectives and strategies in collaboration with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams, establishing effective communication channels to ensure a clear understanding of project requirements and progress.
- Team Coordination: Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and consultants to oversee the design, procurement, construction, and commissioning phases of projects, providing leadership and guidance to project teams.
- Risk Management: Identify and manage project risks, implementing timely mitigation strategies to minimize potential impacts.
- Reporting: Conduct regular project progress meetings, prepare progress reports, and provide updates to clients, stakeholders, and senior management.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in project management, particularly in high-rise building construction projects involving offices, schools, or mosques.
- Strong technical knowledge of construction processes, methodologies, and building systems.
- Familiarity with local construction regulations, codes, and industry standards.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire multidisciplinary teams.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with clients, stakeholders, and project team members.
- Demonstrated ability to manage project budgets, control costs, and ensure financial objectives are met.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
- Ability to work well under pressure and adapt to changing project requirements.
- Fluency in both written and spoken English is required; knowledge of Arabic is an advantage.
