Job Overview:
As a Quantity Surveyor at New Horizon Development Pte Ltd, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the contractual and financial side of construction projects. Key Responsibilities:
- Cost Estimation and Planning: Conduct thorough reviews of blueprints and construction plans to prepare accurate cost estimates and budgets.
- Tender Management: Prepare tender documents, including bills of quantities, and evaluate tender submissions to recommend suitable contractors.
- Contract Administration: Manage contracts by analyzing terms and conditions, monitoring compliance, and addressing any contractual issues that arise during the project lifecycle.

Qualifications:
- Education: A bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field.
