Job Description:
Vestas is looking for a motivated and experienced Resource Supervisor to join our team in Finland. As a Resource Supervisor, you will lead and manage a team of technicians and support staff involved in wind turbine service and maintenance activities. Your role will ensure that our operations are efficiently staffed and aligned with safety, quality, and performance standards.

Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, schedule, and supervise the day-to-day operations of field teams
- Coordinate resource allocation and ensure optimal technician availability
- Oversee compliance with Vestas safety and quality standards
- Provide coaching and performance feedback to team members
- Collaborate with planning, logistics, and service management teams
- Ensure all reporting and documentation is completed accurately and on time
- Support recruitment and onboarding of new technicians
- Manage tools, PPE, and equipment for the teams
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations, Management, or related field (or equivalent work experience)
- Proven leadership or supervisory experience in a field operations or service environment
- Technical background in wind energy, mechanical, or electrical systems is a strong plus
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Strong command of English; Finnish is a plus but not required
- Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with planning systems (e.g., SAP)
- Willingness to travel and occasionally work in remote field locations
- Eligible for work permit (visa sponsorship available for non-EU candidates)
