Job Description:
Raffles Makkah Palace is seeking diligent and service-oriented Room Attendants to join our esteemed housekeeping team. The ideal candidates will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction in our luxurious suites.
Key Responsibilities:
- Clean and service assigned suites and public areas in accordance with hotel standards.
- Replace linens, replenish amenities, and ensure the overall tidiness of guest rooms.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the housekeeping supervisor promptly.
- Respond to guest requests and preferences with professionalism and efficiency.
- Maintain confidentiality of guest information and adhere to hotel policies.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in housekeeping or a similar role in a luxury hotel setting is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to excellence.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good communication skills and a courteous demeanor.
