Job Description:
As a Room Booking Agent at Westminster Properties, you will be the first point of contact for potential guests, playing a pivotal role in ensuring a seamless reservation experience. Your responsibilities will include managing room reservations, addressing inquiries, and providing exceptional customer service to enhance guest satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Reservation Management: Handle room booking requests via phone, email, and online platforms, ensuring accurate input of guest information and reservation details into the system.
- Customer Service: Respond promptly to guest inquiries, providing detailed information about room availability, rates, and amenities. Address and resolve any issues or concerns to ensure a positive guest experience.
- Upselling and Cross-Selling: Identify opportunities to promote additional services and upgrades to maximize revenue.
- Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, including housekeeping and front desk, to ensure guest requests are fulfilled and special arrangements are coordinated effectively.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of bookings, cancellations, and modifications. Prepare reports on reservation statistics as required.
Qualifications:
