Key Responsibilities:
- Design Excellence: Create high-quality, visually engaging designs that align with AlGooru’s brand identity and marketing objectives.
- Leadership: Lead the design process for digital advertisements, social media content, and print materials, ensuring consistency and innovation.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, content, and product departments, to optimize designs that drive customer acquisition and engagement.
- Project Management: Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery without compromising quality.
- Trend Awareness: Stay updated with the latest design trends and tools to continuously enhance design practices.
Qualifications:
- Experience: A minimum of 5 years as a Senior Graphic Designer, with a strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in typography, color theory, layout design, and branding.
- Cultural Insight: Deep understanding of Saudi culture, including societal norms and sensitivities.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, After Effects, and Premiere Pro. Experience with Blender, CapCut, and Canva is a plus.
- Multimedia Proficiency: Experience in 2D/3D animation, kinetic typography, video editing, color grading, and sound editing.
- UI/UX Design: Strong experience in designing user interfaces and user experiences for web and mobile platforms.
- Analytical Ability: Capability to analyze design performance metrics, such as click-through rates (CTR) and engagement, and adjust designs accordingly.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a keen attention to detail.
