Position Overview:

As a Site Engineer, you will play a vital role in managing on-site project delivery—ensuring that Golden Line’s high-quality decorative and fit-out solutions are executed safely, on schedule, and to specification.

Core Responsibilities:

• Site Supervision & Coordination
• Oversee daily on-site operations, ensuring tasks such as gypsum installation, drywall works, painting effects, and ceiling applications are executed with precision and standards.
• Liaise with subcontractors, suppliers, and project stakeholders to manage workflow, resolve bottlenecks, and ensure seamless progress.
• Technical Oversight & Quality Control
• Conduct detailed inspections of installations—ensuring conformity with design specifications and GRG element work.
• Deliver effective quality checks and adherence to safety standards.
• Documentation & Reporting
• Maintain accurate logs of progress, materials, and any site incidents.
• Generate regular progress updates and communicate reports to Supervisors, Project Managers, and other stakeholders.
• Coordination & Stakeholder Management
• Facilitate smooth collaboration among architects, consultants, contractors, and internal teams.
• Address site constraints proactively to ensure uninterrupted workflow.
• Health, Safety & Environment (HSE)
• Enforce safety guidelines for self and all site personnel.
• Identify and mitigate risks to ensure injury-free operations.

Qualifications & Desired Profile:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 2–5 years of relevant experience—preferably in interior fit-out, gypsum installations, drywall, or decorative carpentry. Fit-out, gypsum, or painting-effect project experience is a notable plus.
• Technical proficiency in reading blueprints and executing interior fit-out/gypsum tasks.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills for effective on-site collaboration.
• Familiarity with UAE/Middle East construction practices, HSE standards, and local labor regulations.
• Positive and proactive team player with strong organizational skills.
• Certifications like OSHA or PMP are advantageous but optional.
