Job Responsibilities:

• Customer Service: Greet customers warmly as they enter the arcade, assist them in understanding game mechanics, and provide information about ongoing promotions and events.
• Sales Transactions: Handle cash and card transactions accurately, operate the point-of-sale system, and ensure the proper issuance of tickets and tokens.
• Arcade Maintenance: Regularly inspect and maintain arcade machines to ensure they are in optimal working condition, promptly reporting any technical issues to the maintenance team.
• Inventory Management: Monitor and restock merchandise, prizes, and other supplies, ensuring that all items are adequately stocked and displayed attractively.
• Cleanliness and Safety: Maintain a clean and safe environment by adhering to health and safety guidelines, including regular cleaning of machines and public areas.
• Event Support: Assist in organizing and executing in-house events and parties, ensuring guests have a memorable experience.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in retail or customer service is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic math skills for handling transactions.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• A positive attitude and enthusiasm for creating a fun customer experience.
