Job Description:

1004 Gourmet is looking for a Supermarket Shop Helper to assist with daily store operations in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate should be hardworking, customer-focused, and capable of performing various tasks to ensure the smooth functioning of the supermarket.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist customers with product inquiries and provide excellent customer service.
  • Restock shelves, arrange products, and ensure the store is clean and well-organized.
  • Assist in receiving, unpacking, and sorting incoming deliveries.
  • Check product labels, expiry dates, and stock inventory levels.
  • Help customers carry and pack their purchases when needed.
  • Support the cashier by bagging items and maintaining order at checkout.
  • Ensure a hygienic and safe shopping environment by following company policies.
  • Assist with store promotions, product displays, and special events.
  • Report any damaged or missing inventory to the supervisor.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the store manager.
