Job Description:
As a Tower Crane Operator at YONG TAI CONSTRUCTION PTE. LTD., you will be responsible for operating tower cranes to lift, move, and position materials at construction sites. Your role will be crucial in supporting the timely and safe execution of construction activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate tower cranes to lift and transport materials safely and efficiently.
- Inspect crane equipment and perform routine maintenance to ensure proper functioning.
- Follow load charts and adhere to weight limits to maintain crane stability.
- Communicate effectively with ground personnel and signalers to coordinate crane operations.
- Monitor site conditions and adjust operations to ensure safety.
- Report any equipment malfunctions or safety concerns to the site supervisor.
- Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies.
Qualifications:
- Valid Tower Crane Operator license recognized by Singapore’s Ministry of Manpower (MOM).
- Minimum of 2 years of experience operating tower cranes in construction environments.
- Strong understanding of crane operations, load handling, and safety protocols.
- Ability to interpret load charts and technical diagrams.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Physically fit and able to work at heights.
