Job Description:
Wingstop UK is urgently hiring Crew Members to join our Birmingham – New Street restaurant. If you’re passionate about great food, amazing service, and working in a fast-paced environment, we want you on our team! This opportunity includes visa sponsorship for international candidates who meet UK work visa requirements.
You’ll be the face of our brand—delivering crave-worthy wings, unforgettable customer experiences, and keeping things running smoothly behind the counter.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet guests with a positive, welcoming attitude
- Prepare and serve Wingstop’s iconic menu items
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen and dining areas
- Follow food safety standards and Wingstop’s operational procedures
- Assist with stock handling and store setup
- Work as part of a supportive team to meet service goals
- Handle payments and take orders using POS systems
Requirements:
- Friendly, customer-first mindset
- Willing to work in a fast-paced food service environment
- Excellent English communication skills (verbal)
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Previous restaurant or QSR experience is a plus but not required
