Job Overview
Royal Rose Hotel is hiring a Waiter to deliver outstanding food and beverage service in its restaurants and banquet operations. The ideal candidate should be well-presented, courteous, and passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences. Key Responsibilities
- Greet guests and present menus in a professional, friendly manner.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders and input them into the POS system.
- Serve food and beverages efficiently, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas and stations.
- Monitor guest needs throughout the dining experience and respond promptly.
- Follow hotel policies, hygiene standards, and safety protocols.
- Coordinate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely and accurate orders.
- Upsell menu items and promote ongoing hotel dining offers.
Qualifications & Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; hotel management certification is a plus.
- Previous experience in a 4 or 5-star hotel or fine dining restaurant preferred.
- Good communication skills in English (Arabic or other languages is an asset).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and stand for extended periods.
- Positive attitude, excellent grooming, and a team-player mindset.
- Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.
Salary & Benefits
- Monthly Salary: AED 2,500 – AED 3,500 (depending on experience)
