Job Responsibilities:
- Guest Interaction: Warmly greet and escort guests to their tables, presenting menus and providing detailed information on dishes, including ingredients and potential food allergies.
- Order Management: Accurately take food and beverage orders, input them into the POS system, and communicate any special requests to the kitchen staff.
- Service Delivery: Serve food and beverages promptly, ensuring that orders are accurate and meet Gerbou’s presentation standards.
- Customer Satisfaction: Regularly check on guests to ensure they are enjoying their meals, addressing any issues or concerns promptly and professionally.
- Table Maintenance: Prepare tables by setting up linens, silverware, and glasses; clear and clean tables between courses and after guests depart.
- Payment Processing: Present bills, process payments, and handle cash or credit transactions accurately.
