Job Overview
Al Nakheel Hygienic Paper Manufacturing LLC is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Assistant to support warehouse operations. This role involves organizing shipments, handling inventory, assisting in loading/unloading, and maintaining a safe and efficient work environment for smooth logistics operations on-site.
Key Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and store incoming shipments accurately.
- Pick and pack products according to dispatch requirements.
- Assist with loading and unloading goods in coordination with transportation staff.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization within warehouse zones.
- Conduct stock checks and assist with inventory reconciliation.
- Safely handle material movement using equipment as necessary.
- Support documentation of shipping records and stock logs.
- Follow safety, hygiene, and operational protocols diligently.
Qualifications & Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent.
Prior experience in warehouse operations or logistics is advantageous but not mandatory.
Basic English communication; Arabic or other languages are a plus.
Good physical fitness—able to lift, stand, and walk for extended periods.
Strong attention to detail, reliability, and an organized approach.
Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including occasional weekends or extended hours, if required.
