Job Detail
Hiba Pharma is currently hiring a Warehouse Keeper to manage and maintain its pharmaceutical warehouse operations in Abu Dhabi. The role requires responsibility, organizational skills, and a strong commitment to ensuring that all inventory is handled according to company policies and health regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Receive, check, and store incoming pharmaceutical products and supplies.
- Ensure proper handling, labeling, and storage of medicines and medical products in compliance with health and safety standards.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and update stock levels regularly.
- Prepare orders for dispatch and ensure timely delivery to clients/customers.
- Conduct regular stock checks and report discrepancies to management.
- Monitor warehouse conditions to ensure compliance with temperature and safety requirements.
- Operate warehouse equipment safely and efficiently.
- Support audits and inspections by regulatory authorities.
Qualifications & Skills:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in supply chain or warehousing is an advantage.
- Previous experience as a warehouse keeper/storekeeper, preferably in the pharmaceutical or healthcare sector.
- Basic knowledge of inventory management systems.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to lift and move packages when required.
- Familiarity with health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
