Key Responsibilities:

• Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments against purchase orders and invoices.
• Organize and store products in designated warehouse locations following proper storage procedures.
• Maintain accurate records of inventory levels and update stock information in the system.
• Conduct regular stock counts and audits to ensure inventory accuracy and identify discrepancies.
• Prepare and pack orders for delivery in accordance with company guidelines.
• Coordinate with suppliers, logistics teams, and internal departments to ensure timely deliveries and dispatches.
• Monitor warehouse conditions to ensure compliance with safety and hygiene standards.
• Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and scanning devices efficiently and safely.
• Assist in loading and unloading goods, ensuring proper handling to prevent damage.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse area to ensure efficient operations.
• Report any stock shortages, damages, or operational issues to the supervisor promptly.
• Follow workplace health and safety regulations to maintain a safe working environment.

Requirements:

• Minimum secondary school education or equivalent.
• Prior experience in warehouse operations or storekeeping is preferred.
• Familiarity with inventory management systems and warehouse procedures.
• Basic knowledge of logistics and supply chain processes.
• Ability to lift and move heavy items as required.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Attention to detail with a proactive and responsible attitude.
• Forklift certification will be an added advantage.
• Willingness to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays if necessary.
