Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare detailed design drawings, specifications, and technical reports.
- Coordinate with clients, contractors, and internal teams to ensure timely project delivery.
- Implement quality control and safety standards on project sites.
- Utilize software such as AutoCAD, Revit, Civil 3D, ETABS, or BIM tools.
- Assist in project budgeting, planning, and documentation.
- Conduct field inspections and monitor construction progress.
- Support sustainable and environmentally responsible design practices.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Engineering, Architecture, Urban Planning, or related fields.
- Experience:
- Fresh graduates for entry-level roles.
- 3–10 years for mid and senior roles.
- Skills:
- Proficiency in engineering/design software.
- Strong communication and presentation abilities.
- Knowledge of UAE building codes and local regulations (preferred).
- Certifications (preferred): PMP, LEED, HSE, or ISO certification depending on role.
- Language: Fluency in English (Arabic is a plus).
Salary and Benefits:
- Salary Range: AED 7,000 – AED 25,000/month (depending on role and experience)
