Responsibilities:
- Cleaning and sanitizing kitchen surfaces, equipment, and utensils.
- Sweeping and mopping floors to remove spills, dirt, and debris.
- Emptying trash bins and disposing of waste properly.
- Washing and drying dishes, pots, pans, and other kitchen items.
- Restocking cleaning supplies and notifying the supervisor of any shortages.
- Following health and safety guidelines to prevent accidents and injuries.
- Assisting the kitchen team with basic food preparation tasks, as needed.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to cleanliness.
- Good communication skills and a positive attitude.
- Ability to lift heavy objects and stand for extended periods.
- Knowledge of basic food safety and hygiene practices is a plus.
