Position Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Lady Barista to join our team and provide exceptional coffee-making experiences for our guests. The Lady Barista will be responsible for preparing and serving a variety of coffee beverages with precision, creativity, and a focus on quality. Key Responsibilities:
- Coffee Preparation: Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages, including espresso, cappuccino, latte, and specialty drinks, using espresso machines and other coffee-making equipment.
- Menu Knowledge: Have a thorough understanding of our coffee menu, including the origin of different coffee beans, brewing methods, and flavor profiles, and be able to make recommendations to guests based on their preferences.
- Customer Service: Provide friendly and efficient customer service, greeting guests warmly, taking orders accurately, and ensuring that all guests have a positive experience.
- Drink Presentation: Pay attention to detail in the presentation of coffee beverages, including latte art, garnishes, and decorative touches, to enhance the visual appeal of drinks and delight our guests.
- Quality Control: Maintain high standards of quality and consistency in coffee preparation, ensuring that each drink meets our specifications for taste, temperature, and appearance.
- Cleanliness and Sanitation: Keep work areas clean and organized, including coffee machines, countertops, and utensils, and adhere to food safety and sanitation standards at all times.
- Upselling: Identify opportunities to upsell additional items, such as pastries, snacks, or specialty drinks, and provide recommendations to guests to enhance their experience.
- Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other team members, including servers, kitchen staff, and managers, to ensure smooth operations and provide excellent service to our guests.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Previous experience as a barista in a cafe or coffee shop is preferred but not required.
- Passion: Genuine passion for coffee and a desire to create exceptional coffee experiences for our guests.
- Customer Focus: Excellent customer service skills, with a friendly and approachable demeanor and a commitment to exceeding guest expectations.
