Position Overview:
The Light Vehicle Driver will be responsible for the safe and timely transportation of clients, staff, and materials to various locations as required by the company. This individual will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth and efficient operations by maintaining a high level of professionalism and adherence to traffic laws. The ideal candidate will have a valid UAE driving license, excellent driving skills, and a strong understanding of Dubai’s road networks.

Key Responsibilities:
- Transportation: Safely transport clients, staff, and materials to designated locations in a timely manner.
- Vehicle Maintenance: Ensure the company vehicle is clean, well-maintained, and in good working condition at all times.
- Route Planning: Plan and follow the most efficient routes to ensure timely arrivals, considering traffic and weather conditions.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of trips, including mileage, fuel consumption, and any incidents.
- Compliance: Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations, ensuring the safety of passengers and goods.
- Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service to clients and staff, addressing any needs or concerns professionally.
- Emergency Handling: Respond promptly to any vehicle breakdowns or emergencies, following company protocols.
- Coordination: Communicate effectively with the Operations Manager and other team members to coordinate schedules and assignments.
- Assistance: Assist with loading and unloading materials as needed, ensuring safe handling and transportation.
- Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with the latest traffic regulations and driving practices to enhance safety and efficiency.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Valid UAE driving license for light vehicles.
- Minimum of 2 years of driving experience in Dubai or the UAE.
- Excellent driving skills and a clean driving record.
- Strong knowledge of Dubai’s road networks and traffic regulations.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
- Basic mechanical knowledge is a plus.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
