Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and organized Logistics Assistant to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting the logistics team in coordinating and managing the movement of goods and materials. Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in coordinating the transportation and delivery of goods and materials.
  • Prepare and process shipping documents, including bills of lading, invoices, and packing lists.
  • Monitor and track shipments to ensure timely delivery.
  • Communicate with suppliers, carriers, and customers to resolve any issues or discrepancies.
  • Maintain accurate records of inventory and shipments.
  • Support the logistics team in planning and optimizing routes for delivery.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies.
  • Assist in managing warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and dispatching goods.
  • Conduct regular inventory checks and reconcile discrepancies.
  • Provide administrative support to the logistics team as needed.
Qualifications:
  • Proven experience as a Logistics Assistant or in a similar role.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and logistics software.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with logistics and supply chain management principles.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in logistics is a plus.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays if necessary.
