Key Responsibilities:
- Perform Routine Maintenance: Conduct regular inspections and maintenance of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems to ensure optimal functionality.
- Repair and Troubleshooting: Diagnose and repair issues with machinery, equipment, and building systems promptly and efficiently.
- Preventive Maintenance: Develop and implement preventive maintenance plans to minimize downtime and extend the life of equipment.
- Safety Compliance: Ensure all maintenance activities comply with health and safety regulations and company policies.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and inspections.
- Collaboration: Work closely with other departments to coordinate maintenance efforts and support overall operational efficiency.
- Emergency Response: Respond to emergency maintenance requests and provide timely solutions to minimize disruption.
Qualifications:
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent; technical or vocational training in maintenance is preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in maintenance roles, preferably in a commercial or industrial setting.
- Skills: Proficiency in diagnosing and repairing mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems. Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and blueprints.
- Certifications: Relevant certifications in maintenance and safety practices are a plus.
- Language: Proficiency in English; knowledge of Arabic is an advantage.
- Physical Ability: Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting, climbing, and working in confined spaces.
