Key Responsibilities (General)
- Deliver safe, efficient, and high-quality service (Cabin Crew, Flight Ops)
- Maintain, repair, and troubleshoot aircraft systems (Engineering)
- Manage passenger handling, check-in, and logistics (Ground Services)
- Develop business strategies, support HR, finance, and digital operations (Corporate)
- Adhere to Oman Civil Aviation Authority (CAA) regulations and IATA standards
Qualifications and Requirements
Cabin Crew:
- Minimum High School diploma
- Height: Minimum 157 cm (female), 165 cm (male)
- Good health and fitness, swimming ability required
- Fluent in English (Arabic and other languages a plus)
- Customer service experience preferred
Engineering / Technical:
- Degree or diploma in Aircraft Maintenance, Aeronautical Engineering, or equivalent
- EASA/ICAO/GCAA license (as applicable)
- Minimum 2–5 years’ experience for senior roles
Corporate Roles:
- Bachelor’s degree in relevant field (HR, Finance, IT, etc.)
- Knowledge of aviation systems preferred
- Proficiency in English and MS Office required
General:
- Omani nationals encouraged to apply

Salary and Benefits
Estimated Monthly Salary (OMR)
- Cabin Crew OMR 700 – 1,000 + flying allowances
- Customer Service Agent OMR 500 – 800
- Aircraft Technician OMR 800 – 1,300
- Engineers (Licensed) OMR 1,500 – 2,500
- Corporate/Managerial Roles OMR 1,000 – 3,500+
