Key Responsibilities

Insurance Sales Executive

  • Promote and sell life, medical, and general insurance policies.
  • Build strong client relationships and meet monthly sales targets.
  • Conduct market research and identify new business opportunities.

Claims Officer

  • Review, process, and settle insurance claims.
  • Communicate with hospitals, clients, and internal teams.
  • Ensure compliance with claims handling protocols.

Underwriter

  • Evaluate risks and determine premium levels.
  • Analyze applications and medical records.
  • Collaborate with sales and actuarial teams.
Customer Service / Call Center
  • Assist clients with inquiries, renewals, and complaints.
  • Process service requests and maintain policy records.
  • Deliver a high level of customer satisfaction.

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Insurance, Finance, Business, IT, or related fields.

Experience:

  • Fresh graduates welcome for entry-level roles
  • 2–5 years for mid-level positions
  • 5+ years for managerial or technical roles

Certifications (Preferred):

  • CII / ACII / LOMA / CPCU (for insurance professionals)
  • DHA or MOH familiarity (for medical-related roles)

Skills:

  • Strong communication & negotiation skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office & CRM software
  • Arabic, Hindi, or Tagalog language skills are a plus

Other:

  • UAE experience preferred but not mandatory
  • Good understanding of local insurance regulations

  • Sales Executive 4,000 – 10,000 + Incentives
  • Claims Officer 6,000 – 12,000
  • Underwriter 8,000 – 15,000
  • Customer Service Executive 4,000 – 8,000
  • Actuarial Analyst 10,000 – 18,000
  • IT Developer 8,000 – 14,000
  • Business Development Manager 12,000 – 20,000+
  • Interns 2,000 – 3,000 (stipend)
